Service Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of The Shoppes at 151st

This was my first time trying a different haircut place other than Great Clips. I went in and the lady who cut my hair was nice and and talkative. However, it seemed so rushed. My haircut was done in about 5 minutes and they didn't ask how I wanted my side burns (I later had to fix this at home) or how I wanted the back of my hair (Rounded or squared). I also noticed on the receipt that my first visit said "First Time Client MVP Cut" Or something close to it. I later looked at what a MVP cut was and the lady offered me none of these services (massage, shampoo, or hot towel.) I guess its back to Great Clips.

Online shows no wait so I check in. Get there in15 minutes and told 30 minute wait. I wouldn't have come..last time I mess around with this nonsense
