"Kourtney is amazing. She was at the lenexa location which is less than a mile from my house. I fell in love with her great service and quality haircut skills. When she moved to 151st street it was a no brained to follow her. Don’t tell her but I would have driven even farther."

"Never been to sports clips before, never will go again. Went in for a simple neck shave, should take less than 10 minutes. One person I front of me. Another person walks in and does something on the computer then gets served before me. Have to wait even longer. It would’ve been great to know that I had to check in on a computer, a sign or an employee telling me to do so would’ve worked. They don’t accommodate me and I just have to sit here and wait. Also why do I have to give so much info just to get my neck shaved/ hair cut?? It’s completely unnecessary to have to give my number, email, and zip code. Again will not return."

"When you call in you should be able to give your name and then drive to the store. 0 wait went to 30 minutes because I was required to go on line. Seriously not good service."

""Walk-in's welcome" if you enjoy wasting an hour + of your time sitting in a salon. "Save time by checking in online" if you don't mind the stylists disregarding where you are in line, placing others in front of you and making up stories when you confront them about it that their technology is inconsistent and incorrect much of the time (either way, no thanks). Signed in online to "save myself time" and sanity (had to take 3 small children in with me) and it told me to arrive in 20 minutes. 10 minutes prior it texted and said stylist would be ready in 10. I show up right on time and sign my son in. There are about 8 people on the wait list, with their corresponding wait time beside their names. When I signed in it said my son was "on deck" (up next). 2 stylists then came out and pulled 2 other men (with wait times next to their names b/c my son was only one on deck) back to get their hair cuts and suddenly my son was at a 20 minute wait up on the screen. I don't believe for one minute that their system was glitching. Seemed to be working perfectly until the girls decided to take other men in front of us. I will never take anyone in my family here again - you just lost 3 clients. Walked to the salon a few doors down to find an amazing barber who did a much better job than anyone I've ever been to at a Sports Clips (he was also cheaper and takes appointments!). Whoever owns this place may want to get their stylists in check because it sounds like, according to this barber, others have come to him similarly frustrated at this sports clips."

"My son and I have been coming here for a year now. Mesha has cut our hair every time and she’s awesome! We moved over to the Missouri side of the border in March, but we still make the 30 minute drive to go to her."

"I really like the people here. The manager seemed really nice. I tried having them clean up my beard and I thought it looked great until I got home and found that a small but noticeable chunk was missing on my upper lip. Somehow I missed it looking in their mirrors but still frustrating. Otherwise it was a good haircut."
